This year, Make It will be held on Saturday June 4th and Sunday, June 5th at The Gladstone Hotel, 1214 Queen St. West, Toronto, ON, M6J 1J6. It is a two-day showcase of arts and crafts open to the public between 7-11pm on Saturday, and 12pm-5pm on Sunday.
Vendors will occupy the artists’ studios we have secured for the event. Entertainment will be provided by live DJs on both days and the bar will be open during our Saturday night opening. Vendors will donate items for our raffle, which will be drawn and announced towards the close of show on Sunday. As with last year, all donations and funds raised through raffle ticket sales will benefit the Furniture Bank.

The Furniture Bank is a unique organization that helps families escape homelessness while providing hope and dignity to people in their time of need. Thanks to generous donations from individuals and organizations Furniture Bank is able to help good people who find themselves in bad situations to re-establish a home. By supplying them with furniture and household goods, they change their lives and provide the necessary resources to live in a more dignified manner. In 2010, they diverted more than 1,200 metric tonnes from landfills and served 2,527 families in the GTA.
